I want you to talk about your strengths and weaknesses as a leader. What qualities do you possess that will make you a strong leader for the program, and how will these qualities support and benefit the band? Think about the traits that others have said you possess.

The second part of the essay I would like you to focus on your weaknesses. What are some weaknesses that you know you have that may keep you from being the best leader you can be? Be honest, don’t say “I care too much”…we see right through that. Part of being a strong leader is understanding and admitting your weaknesses. Only then can you start taking the steps to develop your weaknesses and grow into your true potential as a leader.

Lastly, please download and review the Ranchview Band Leadership Handbook attached here
